Ant CineKit · Effective date: 25 July 2026
Ant CineKit is designed to perform its primary calculations directly on your device. The App does not currently require an account and does not include advertising or cross-app tracking.
The App may locally store settings, measurement units, video-standard preferences, favourite and recently viewed equipment, values entered into certain calculators, and a randomly generated installation identifier used with the feedback form.
This information normally remains on your device and is removed when you delete the App, subject to your device's backup and restoration settings.
With your permission, the App may access your location to calculate sun position and shooting windows; the camera to display the sun path over a live view; device direction and motion information to orient that display; and your photo library to save a photograph or video when you choose to capture one.
You can revoke these permissions through iOS Settings. The App does not use them for advertising or cross-app tracking. Camera images, captured media, and location calculations are processed on your device unless you independently choose to share them.
When you open Feedback & Bug Report, the App connects to Tally and may send the app version, build number, iOS version, general device model, a randomly generated installation identifier, and an indication that the form was opened from the iOS app.
If you submit the form, Tally also processes information you voluntarily enter, such as feedback, a problem description, contact information, or attachments. Do not submit passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, confidential production information, or other sensitive personal information.
The installation identifier helps associate reports from the same installation. It is not used for advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details. See Apple's own privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to operate App features, save preferences, calculate location-based sun information, respond to support requests, diagnose bugs, improve the App, maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
The Developer does not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by Tally when you open or submit the feedback form, by Apple in connection with App Store distribution and Apple-controlled services, or by legal authorities when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, users, or public safety.
Local preferences remain on your device until you clear them, reset the relevant settings, or delete the App.
Feedback submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate recurring problems, improve the App, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion by emailing banponglib@gmail.com with enough information to locate the submission, such as its approximate date and the email address used. Deleted submissions may remain recoverable in Tally's Trash for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
Ant CineKit is a professional reference tool and is not directed specifically at children. The Developer does not knowingly request personal information from children through the App.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or contact your local data-protection authority. Send privacy requests to banponglib@gmail.com.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App functionality, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
